Dato’ Dr. Munirah Looi is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and has extensive experience in digital transformation, customer experience management, and business process redesign. Munirah is the Founder and CEO of Brandt Business Services, which she has grown to 1,500 employees and achieved a 22% annual revenue growth since 2009. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including the “Master Entrepreneur Award 2021" by APEA and the “10 Best Inspiring CEOs 2020" by Industry-Era. Munirah is also an active contributor to various NGOs, serving as Deputy Chair of Outsourcing for GBS Malaysia and Elected Councilor for PIKOM, the National Tech Association of Malaysia.
