Farzana is the Director of Kintillo Limited, a U.K.–based workplace consultancy. She advises, coaches and facilitates training on how to integrate human rights issues, in particular equity, diversity, anti-racism, and inclusion, into organizations and leadership.
Farzana started her career as a Barrister in the Middle Temple, London. She later joined Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong as their in-house employment counsel for the Asia-Pacific region. In 2009 Farzana established her own workplace consultancy (Kintillo) and was appointed as Principal Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Hong Kong where she designed and taught a postgraduate PCLL elective on Employment Law and a Master’s elective on Business and Human Rights. Farzana lived and worked in Hong Kong for a period of 18 years. In her capacity as a lawyer and as a workplace consultant Farzana has worked with businesses, the public sector, and NGOs across diverse cultures and jurisdictions, focusing on making the workplace an equitable, discrimination-free, anti-racist and inclusive environment.
Farzana is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LLB. (Hons)) and the University of Oxford (BCL), and is a member of the Middle Temple (called to the Bar in 1993).
